有震撼到。有感动到。I feel for this place.

This yr’s NDP was totally different, must first thank Nich for such a nice prime seat. The whole layout and arrangement of the show was well-thought out, the message that it’s trying to bring across to reach out to us, Singaporeans, was good. The music and dance with heavy lighting effects were dazzling with funny emcees as usual. Shumin was taking photos of them and I thought the picture looked like some China’s TV production those kinda shows you know. Hahaha, and we saw tao jie! LOL lame. Parade was as usual, then there was this display of the arms nicely weaved in tgt with the notion of terrorism and how we will protect this land. I thought the 10 chapters were good. Thought-provoking, emotionally stirring, but of cos, it was very very entertaining. We had fun singing all those Nat Day Songs and those retro songs. Oh, Shumin’s Ms Tan was sitting behind us too! I saw KPR too! Hahhaha, keep bumping into her these days.

So in short, this is my best NDP as an audience and a proud Singaporean. Kudos to those who worked so hard to put this show together. Onward Singapore!
