These few days were great, I had time for myself, for my friends and for the corps.

Hit ION, then there was a random meetup at Nich’s. Flagday, tagged team with shuxian and she’s funny! Then was awesome zone DnD thanks to the committee. Followed by flag day counting session which was epic. We were careless and had to trouble the rest. Imagine officers in the rain in a big big rusty container digging through the tins for some labels. And trust kpr to just take photos hahah. Thanks to them for helping seriously. Had bak kut teh and hit the cinemas with kpr. She’s one nice friend and I feel comfortable around with her. Then was first compteam trng today. It felt great to be with the jnrs. I tried, but cannot be certain if I tried hard. I still cannot give up on them. Sometimes when you’re the old one around you wished you had the foresight or the capability to inspire or overcome problems. And I learned from the young ones too, like yq who is such a humble and determined chap. Let us find the strength to carry on and deliver a great fight! Done this before and we’ll make it happen again!

I pretty much enjoyed myself at the zone DnD just now, which was really a change. There were food, music, games, but nothing can be better than the people present. I was left with much afterthoughts when I hit my bed just now, and couldn’t quite put a finger on it. Is it becos I will no longer be that physically active around? Is it becos I do not bear to leave? I guess non-sj ppl will never quite understand this feeling and attachment.

Promoted to g5, nothing much really. Even feel like an auto-promotion? But I feel so much in-debt to this place, to those who taught me little lessons along the way, that I’ve never fufill my part to pass it on. It is really a pity that many left for many reasons, for this place would otherwise really grow from strength to strength, for this place is really one where I gained much way beyond the cliche friendship and blah. I hope these will be with me as long as possible.

I hope the corps will continue to soar. I hope the juniors will continue to learn and appreciate. I hope the NCOs will not forget those little little lessons. I hope many more will stay on. I hope the seniors do not get too tied up with ground training and so decides to leave.

People come and go, and I hope I’ll continue to rmb these people.

Grey literally from the ones we are wearing, from the environment, from the people partially. But I’m sure the teachers here at least are those that aren’t so grey. Abit pathetic that up till this morning, the day we started our first paper, I’ve not made particular close friends for these two yrs except for a few. Not much nice memories, but even how bad it was we’ll still tend to rmb only the happy moments after we’ve moved on.

Yeah today was the first paper. An okay start. It’s the uncertainty that kills. Was all jittery before I start, flipped open the paper, *0.0 abit* wad’s ‘X’ wads ‘X’, okay stay calm be confident. Even if not really confident also pretend to be confident. This was wad I learned from the compteam days haha, does help abit actually. Then 3h it was, time management abit of problem but I’ll make sure it will not be a problem the next time. I still want to smell Geog in uni.

This is it! 14 more days, do well! I hope our gang do well too! Want to see all AND MYSELF in Uni one okay! Received many good wishes from many ppl. Shumin and BK’s msgs are really nice. Esp shumin’s hahah. YES WE CAN!

Oh and my dad said to me this morning: Baobei, yao jiayou ah. Hahah, first time he called me baobei lol.

Seriously wad I’ve been thinking these few days is: two years just like that? I just don’t feel justified.

We somehow settled in the same auditorium, but this time round, I noticed I’m paying more attention. There she stands again, in her usual black top and red bottom. With a booming voice:

Suddenly, the familiar ringtone started ringing real loud, and I’m forced to wake up.

Omg, this is not the first time Ms. Koh is appearing in my dreams. So, from this, it is evident that the (I’ve not forgot my ‘the’, thanks painstakingly to Ms. Ang) A levels is invading my entire personal space, even in my lala land. It is a creeping phenomena, slowly eating up the last bit of conscious left in me, draining me of energy, of life, …Like drought, ….

TEN days to life after AJC (partially).

 So i’ve a slight urge to blog again. Results have rolled in, and that’s it. Move forward. It was during today’s GP lesson that I realised I want to get into FASS. I want to know more about the world. So I’ll face what I hate now to have a future that I want for myself.

Why isit only recently that I feel that Ms Ang is a great teacher. Not many teachers really teach. She is not just pure exam-oriented, but beyond.

Speaking of the ten days to farewell assembly, we are graduating partially soon. Today’s civics see us to write small notes for each other, and I guess having to part ways and move on in life to face greater challenges from the world outside and NS for us. Not exactly emo, or not willing to part with the school, but I guess familiarity is comfort like what Joel said. Yeah, I hope 0308 will ace the coming papers. I’m not feeling totally positive about it now (partly because I still feel we are pretty individualistic, and at this junction where we’re 33days away, our results are not exactly confident of itself) however.

Had a pleasant surprise from Bernie ytd when he sms me. No amount of motivation will supercede those that are coming from yourself.

33 days to improve my two H2s by six grades. GO!

I guess I will not be blogging much on this space anymore, at least only when exciting stuff happen to come by. Don’t like the idea of telling the WWW (whole wide world) about wads going on in my life.
